Questionable??

YRT buses don’t pick up anyone on the south west corner of Yonge and Steels avenue even if the bus stops to drop someone off. :S
Get this, the bus stops, but doesn’t let you in because apparently you have to go to the North West cornet to get on the YRT buses.

Our building has locked the garbage bins outside the building so you can’t drop big items in them! Even if the item fits in the big garbage bin, still counts as a big item and won’t be picked up by the city! Hello? What is this all about? It is about giving the business to those other companies who pick up your junks. That is what this is all about.

I am starting to doubt some of the laws in our society. I usually follow the law and all the instructions but recently I am not sure what to think anymore….

Some things just make no sense to me.

Last Chapter

"If you want something you work for it. If it doesn’t work out it is because you did not work hard enough although I recognize the effects of chance. But beyond the initial window of opportunity provided by chance, it is all YOU."

It is just impossible to think positive and about the future at this point. Sometimes you just have to close the chapter and leave it. If necessary you can always reopen it LATER.

Thinking outside the box!

I read an article on the newspaper yesterday about the French carmaker Citroen, offering design ideas. Apparently the company has previously offered $200,000 designer garage for its executive C6. Now they have branched out into interior design and offer “automotive-inspired apartment”!

Alright, that is thinking out of the box (the car itself). You know how most companies offer complimentary services of product to their core competency? shoes and clothing stores sell accessories, this car company sells designer garage and inspiration for some truly luxurious home furnishing ideas. Smart! How some people become so visionary to see so much outside the box! This is the 10000 foot view of the box and its surroundings!

Let’s look at it from another point of view. They are basically dictating a certain life style to their target market. But again that is nothing new! I remember talking about this subject in my last year humanity class. Is that individuality? Personality, individuality, fashion and brand!

,,, mmmmmm

Squished heart….

“After a while she feels that her heart is squished and the only thing that is left is the pain”

She now understands the comment a friend of her made once. It is really painful. She had not felt like this for a very long time. She almost wishes that she could take that “thing” that is squishing her heart and let her poor heart go. Humans are so complicated and yet so simple.

There has been a lot of subject that she thought she has formed her opinion about it. Now she thinks that she did because she wasn’t in the situation! Things that cross her mind are all over the map. Sometimes she feels ashamed even thinking of them but the warmth that the thought brings is tempting, too good to let go

She hates her heart. Wish her brain was the only functional part of her body.

Sitting Still?

(my art work from today's calss) LOL

How can people sit still for so long? I have been attending this certification boot camp for last 2 days and I noticed how people sit still during the whole time until the break time comes.

I feel bad for moving around so much but I just can’t stop moving. LOL I stretch, move my legs, fold them, go back on my chair and everything else that I feel might help me.

Really don’t understand. I really can not sit still. Do I have a problem? I think everybody else is abnormal.. lol

Splinter

I have a splinter in my little finger. It is very tinny but it hurts like crazy. The whole day I was not able to find a needle to pick on this and my other attempts, using my nail and teeth, have been unsuccessful. Sometimes you just have to live with a pain.

Human have this amazing capability of adapting to pain and loss. After all, that is how we survived years of evolution, isn’t it?

When growing up you encounter a lot of different things. You see and hear a lot of things that might not make sense to you but at some point of your life you will have your “Aha!” moment. That is when everything falls into place for that specific matter. Sometimes it is good but sometimes it is just terrifying. However, you have lived your life believing on what you understood and have formed your opinions based on those beliefs. Now that something else is added to your understanding of the world should you desert your previous point of views, no matter how strongly you believed in them? Think about it for a second, it is not as easy as it seems.
You wish you would have never experienced it......

Two weeks later:
The splinter is gone but when I touch the point of entry it hurts “havarta”. Will it ever go away?

Life is so complicated. There are a lot of things that you want to achieve and do. With only so much time in hand, you wonder how to prioritize them in the best form possible. It doesn’t stop there though. Sometimes lower priorities take precedent because they are on the critical path. You know, you can’t ignore them because if they fall behind so do the other stuff.

You give up on things that keep you alive and place the emphasis on other things. This is when replacement is not possible. You keep going back to it but try to ignore it as much as humanly possible.

You stay mad to avoid falling. You stay happy to avoid wilting.

You start believing.
You doubt yourself.
You have to believe, to start living.
