Boys and girls have just fun. Grown ups have a life! I know this is a very generic comment and open to interpretations but I am having a very hard time with it……
It's nice to be "a little kid and have fun all the time" but if thats all we had in life, I imagine that'd be pretty dull shortly after!
Besides, if you had fun and games all through your adulthood (and nothing else) ... then what really would you have to look forward to when retiring? ;)
Hey girl, long time no anything (for me too lol). While it may be a generic comment, it's entirely full of truth. Once you hit "the real world", your take on life really does get shaken up a bit and you have a realization that all of those "grown up chores" are no longer optional and it forcibly gets merged into your daily routine.
